TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH A+ CERTIFICATION & ENGLISH/FRENCH FLUENCY
Join the Asurion Force in Moncton and feel like a real superhero as you help computer users resolve hardware-related problems and other technical issues. Assisting customers covered under manufacturer or extended warranties, you will provide on-line/telephone technical support and arrange for replacement parts and/or on-site repair for issues not remedied by your troubleshooting.
Along with A+ certification and strong bilingual communication skills, qualified candidates require familiarity with various operating systems and Microsoft Outlook, a H.S.Diploma/GED, 35 wpm typing skills and internet research aptitude; a 2-yr College or technical school degree, 6-12 months related experience and/or relevant training is preferred.
